- Our best skill internally isn’t necessarily list growth, flows, design, copy, campaigns, and list management, it’s our ability to fix things and troubleshoot.
- To be of as much value to Natural Patch as possible, this is arguably the glue for me. If you need sh*t fixed, we are in your corner and have genuinely seen it all on huge lists. While you have copywriters and some other agencies working on things, we want to be the fixer who provides peace of mind. The management of the account would reside with us, and our data reporting would be the central point of truth.
- Ad Hoc work would be:
- Design for our campaigns and for flows when needed. As I said before, our team loves designing for Natural Patch, and I want to re-design some of the flows top to bottom.
- Split-testing flows
- Restructuring flows
- Data reporting
- Fixing bugs and hounding Klaviyo support when needed
- Bi-weekly calls, or weekly if you prefer
- I pulled in this data report to the original audit, and it’s from an 8 figure CPG brand. Re-order rate is the main thing, so we want to track that religiously and influence it as much as possible.
