- I want to get Lifetimely if we don’t have it already. This will allow us to see two really cool things:
- The time gap between purchases (e.g. it takes an average of 42 days for someone to purchase a second time and 27 days to purchase for a third time)
- The products they buy after their first purchase, so we know what to cross-sell in campaigns & flows
- Rather than split by number of purchases, splitting by products purchased would be killer here
- A unique angle in each campaign would be fantastic
- If we are to do 2 campaigns per week, I believe it could be a great idea to hit these segments of buyers to push them to upsell or cross-sell
- We’re hitting core segments with good metric here, but can’t see how we’re doing with repeat buyers or buyers of specific products
