Sequence of Onboarding & Timelines

  1. Call 1 (2-3 days after the onboarding form is filled out)
    1. Klaviyo, Shopify, other app access
    2. Formulate plan
    3. Set goals for next calls
  2. Call 2 (7 days after call 1)
    1. A selection of email designs will be ready for your team to review.
    2. We will also have new sign-up form(s) ready for your review.
    3. We will also have drafted a batch of campaign ideas and have shared with you our campaign calendar.
  3. Call 3 (7 days after call 2)
    1. The first email campaign will be ready for you to review
    2. We will have made a start on the core flows with your team and will take you through their current structure.
  4. Call 3 (7 days after call 3)
    1. We will have completed the Stage 1 flows and made a start on the Stage 2 flows. Note: This depends on the team’s speed in implementing.
    2. The first campaigns will be ready to schedule already if you approve.
  5. Call 5 (7 days after call 4)
    1. We will have completed Stage 2 flows and have a full campaign structure in place for the upcoming 1-2 months. Note: This depends on the team’s speed in implementing.
